6 week course, each class is 2 hours. Learn to accept, cope and become your own best advocate. Complete your own Crisis Hotline document to have readily available if and when you may need one. Educate yourself to the diagnosis you have. Learn to better communicate with your medical team and improve future appointments. Our last class graduated 27 out of 30 participants.
